There is a variety of events scheduled during the Memorial weekend throughout the Mat-Su

Mat-Su Veterans Wall of Honor

The annual Memorial Day ceremony at the Mat-Su Veterans Wall of Honor is scheduled for 1 p.m. Monday, May. 30. The Air National Guard Band of the South is scheduled to perform before and after the ceremony. AMVETS Post 9

AMVETS Post 9 is holding a community potluck after the Wall of Honor ceremony. For more information, call 907-376-2999.

AMVETS Post 11

AMVETS Post 11 will be serving hot dogs and chili dogs throughout the day Monday, May 30.

American Legion Post 15

American Legion Post 15 is hosting a ceremony at the Palmer Cemetery Saturday, May 28 and Monday, May 30. Post 15 is holding a community barbeque after the Wall of Honor Ceremony. For more information, call 907-745-4440.

American Legion Post 35

American Legion Post 35 is hosting its annual Memorial Day community barbeque after the Wall of Honor Ceremony. For more information, call 907-376-3500.

VFW Post 9365

VFW Post 9365 is holding a community barbeque featuring a live performance by the Air National Guard Band of the South after the Wall of Honor Ceremony. For more information, call 907-376-5820.
